Justin McMillian (Granite City) scored his team-leading 14th goal of the season Friday as Southern Illinois University Edwardsville settled with a 1-1 tie at Missouri-Rolla on Friday.
         McMillian scored at 75:19 with a tap-in off a cross from Cress Maddox (Springfield). SIUE, ranked No. 10 in the nation in the NSCAA/NCAA Division II poll, saw its record go to 14-1-3 overall. Missouri-Rolla is now 8-4-2.
         Luke Enna scored the first goal of the game for Missouri-Rolla on an assist from Jeremy Bruno.
         SIUE is now idle until the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament on Nov. 3 and 4 at Korte Stadium in Edwardsville. The Cougars will play the winner of the Quincy-Northern Kentucky quarterfinal game, which will be played on Oct. 31.
