LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Southern Illinois University Edwardsville shot just 26 percent in the second half and fell to Wheeling Jesuit 68-60 at the Disney Women's Basketball Classic.
         SIUE dropped it season record to 6-5 and lost its second straight game in Florida. The Cougars return home to the Vadalabene Center on Dec. 29 to face Missouri-Rolla in a 1 p.m. game.
         SIUE's Ruth Kipping recorded her sixth double-double of the season in a losing effort. She scored 17 points and added 13 rebounds. Jaque Howard and Jessica Robert added 11 and 10 points, respectively.
         Wheeling Jesuit used a second-half surge from Kwame Clark to overcome the Cougars. Clark scored 21 points and added 10 rebounds off the bench. She was the only Wheeling Jesuit player scoring in double figures.
         After being tied 33-33 at halftime, SIUE came out in the second half and struggled with an 8-for-31 performance from the field, including 4 of 12 from three-point range.
