Monta McGhee scored 18 points and Sidney Holmes pulled down 13 rebounds as visiting Lewis University topped Southern Illinois University Edwardsville 75-64 Thursday night.
       Lewis (4-1, 2-1 Great Lakes Valley Conference) began the game with six unanswered points and never trailed in the game.
       SIUE (1-4, 0-3 GLVC) trailed 32-27 at halftime and tied the game at 35 four minutes into the second half.
       SIUE was led in scoring by Rob Baumgardner (Madisonville, Ky.) with 17 points. Tim Bauersachs (Pinckneyville) pulled down a team high eight rebounds.
       SIUE will next be in action against Greenville. The game, previously set for a Saturday night matchup, has been changed to Monday, Dec. 16. Game-time is set for 7 p.m.
