Wisconsin-Parkside's Quincy Moman poured in a game-high 21 points to lead the Rangers to a 70-53 win over Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Saturday in Great Lakes Valley Conference men's basketball action.
       SIUE falls under .500 with a 7-8 record and a 3-6 mark in the GLVC. UWP improves to 9-7 and 4-5 in the GLVC.
       Wisconsin-Parkside had a 15-point advantage at halftime and controlled the second-half, shooting 55 percent from the field. SIUE shot 50 percent from the field in the second-half but only came as close as eight points from the lead.
       Ron Heflin (Gary, Ind.) led the Cougars with 15 points. Rob Baumgardner (Madisonville, Ky.) added 12 points for the Cougars.
       SIUE will next be in action this Wednesday when it travels to Lincoln University for a non-conference game. Game-time is set for 7:30 in Jefferson City, Mo.
