Southern Illinois University Edwardsville women's basketball fell to Bradely 79-54 in exhibition action on Saturday afternoon at Robertson Field House.
         SIUE ends with preseason with a 0-2 mark and will open up the regular season on Wednesday night against Robert Morris at the Vadalabene Center at 7 p.m.
         Krystal Rosengren came off the bench for double-double with ten points and ten rebounds.
         The Cougars trailed 22-10 with 8:33 to go in the first half. SIUE then went on a 9-2 run to cut the lead to five. The Braves finished the half off with a 15-6 run and never looked back.
         SIUE shot 41.7 percent from the field in the contest as Bradley netted 47.8 percent of its shots. The Cougars went 21-25 from the free throw line for 84 percent.
         Whitney Sykes notched 17 points going 3 for 7 from behind the three point arc. Tanya Guell finished with 12 points on 5-6 shooting for SIUE.
         The Braves outrebounded the Cougars 35-25 in the contest.
         Amy Peters, Jen Brown, and Erika Nelson all netted 13 points for Bradely leading them to victory.
