SPRINGFIELD, MO. -- Second-ranked Drury pressed Southern Illinois University Edwardsville for 24 turnovers and powered past the Cougars 77-60 in women's Great Lakes Valley Conference basketball.
         Drury improved to 8-0 and 4-0 in the GLVC while the Cougars fell to 5-3 and 0-3 in the GLVC.
         Whitney Sykes led SIUE with 14 points on four three-pointers. Allison Fogle came off the bench for 11 points.
         Drury finished with four players in double figures led by 17 from Allison Regier.
         The Cougars next head to Big Rapids, Mich., for a two-game set against Ferris State and Lake Superior State on Dec. 20 and 21.
