EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Saint Joseph's used a 30-9 run in the final nine minutes of the second half to race past Southern Illinois University Edwardsville 65-60 on Thursday at the Vadalabene Center.
         SIUE had its overall record evened at 6-6 with an 0-4 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Saint Joseph's improved to 9-4 and 2-3 in the GLVC.
         Julianne McMillen led all scorers with a season-high 20 points. McMillen shot 7 of 12 from the field and 6 of 8 from the free throw line.
         SIUE led by as much as 19 points in the second half. Saint Joseph's was down 35-23 at halftime.
         The Pumas finished with four players in double figures, led by Rachel Theodore's 14 points. Ashley Hughes scored 13 while Michelle Bova and Jennifer Graham added 11 each.
         SIUE next faces Indianapolis on Saturday at 1 p.m. The Greyhounds enter Saturday's matchup with a 6-6 record and a 1-3 mark in the GLVC.
