SIUE Downs Rockhurst 75-63

         EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Alisa Carrillo scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Southern Illinois University Edwardsville women's basketball swept past Rockhurst 75-63 on Thursday.
         The Cougars evened their season record at 13-13 overall and 7-11 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Rockhurst dropped to 4-22 overall and 1-17 in the GLVC.
         SIUE completes the regular season Saturday with a 1 p.m. game against first-place Drury, which is looking to sweep the GLVC with a 25-1 record overall and an 18-0 record in league play.
         On Thursday, SIUE's defense held Rockhurst to 23 percent shooting in the first half as the Cougars rolled out to a 32-19 lead at halftime.
         Carrillo was joined by Allison Fogle's 14 points off the bench. Deidra Dace added 12 points for the Cougars.
         Rockhurst's Alisha Cade provided the muscle for the Hawks with 18 points and a game-high 17 rebounds.
