Oct. 17, 2009

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and IPFW battled to a 0-0 deadlock Saturday night in men's college soccer action.

SIUE Coach Kevin Kalish took the tie and pronounced good effort from his Cougars.

"I was pretty pleased with the way we played. It was one of our better games of the year," said Kalish. "I was happy with our effort. I think we left everything out on the field."
