DeKALB, Ill. - Northern Illinois defended its home turf with a 42-0 victory over Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Friday night in collegiate wrestling.

Scott Penny and Izzy Montemayor led the Huskies with pins. NIU also recorded technical falls from John Odeen and Mason True.

SIUE's Dillon Pousson and David Devine provided the Cougars' best matches but both fell by three points and 141 pounds and 285 pounds, respectively.
