Final Results
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Danny Gorman finished in fourth place and SIUE Golf finished third at Missouri State's Twin Oaks Intercollegiate completed Tuesday at Twin Oaks Country Club.
Gorman combined for a one-over-par 214 and finished seven strokes off the pace. The fourth-place finish is the best of his career and the first career top-five finish for the junior.
Bradley's Ethan Brue earned medalist honors with a 207 (-6). Adam Fisher of Missouri State finished in second place with a 208 (-5). Zach Jewell, also of Bradley, finished third at 212. Brad Carpenter of Missouri State and Sam DeBartolo both shot 216 to tie for fifth place.
As a team, the Cougars finished at 876. Bradley overtook Missouri State with a third-round 282 to take the team title. Missouri State finished second at 861.
Also for SIUE, Luke Long is tied for 11th with a 218. Conor Dore has a 221 and is tied for 18th place. Jordan Harre, one of SIUE's individuals, tied for 31st with a 225. Brady Dixon tied for 43rd with a 228. Kyle Slattery finished at 230 and finished in 50th place. Spencer Underwood, the Cougars' second individual, finished 63rd with a 240.
SIUE returns to action April 3 and 4 when the Cougars travel to Arkansas State for the Red Wolves Intercollegiate.
