RICHMOND, Ky. – Anthony Ruthey finished 14th and SIUE golf tied for ninth at the Eastern Kentucky Intercollegiate, completed Saturday at the University Club at Arlington.

Ruthey finished tied for 13^th at 211 (+1). The 211 is tied for the 16^th lowest round in school history. TJ Baker and Connor Neighbors also turned in two of the lowest rounds in school history.
Baker shot a 214 to tie for 27th. Neighbors, playing as an individual, shot a 215 to tie for 31^st.

Presley Mackelburg tied for 49^th at 218. Brooks Jungbluth finished at 219 to tie for 59^th-place. Tanner Collins tied for 78^th with a 223.

Western Carolina's Jake Peacock finished at 10-under par to edge Dayton's Kyle Schmidt (-8) for individual medalist honors.

The Cougars next travel to Colorado Springs, Colorado for the Gene Miranda Invitational, hosted by Air Force Sept. 10-12.
