Coach's Corner

"We talked with our team - a new season starts tomorrow. We have Tennessee State and Eastern Illinois ahead of us over the next week, and then hopefully the OVC tournament. Right now, we need to get past this and truly start a new season tomorrow. We don't just want to be okay or good - we need to start clicking as an entire team and show what we've shown at times throughout the season. I think tomorrow is a good chance to get back on the courts and hopefully start that new page."

"Amber, Jill, and Fabi all seemed to grab quick singles wins that really kept the match alive. Seeing that we had Nicole and Vanessa still out there fighting and battling and knowing we only needed one [to win], I liked our chances a lot. Jill, Amber, and Fabi - they're all playing really well right now and it showed today how they're taking care of business."
