EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – Senior
Macy Silvey (Glen carbon, Ill.) from women's basketball has received Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors after her performance against Valparaiso (Dec. 12) and Harris-Stowe (Dec. 14).
Over the last two games, Silvey reached 191 career three-pointers made. Moving her into second place on the program's all-time list.
Silvey the Cougars in scoring against Valparaiso with 16 points, shooting 5-10 from three-point range. She added three more three-pointers against Harris-Stowe, contributing nine points to Cougars' win.
The Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors an SIUE student-athlete who demonstrated excellence in competition.
