EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – Senior
Ring Malith (Twic, South Sudan.) from men's basketball has received Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors after his performance against North Florida Dec. 2.
Malith scored a career-high 31 points and added a game-high 10 rebounds in 32 minutes for his seventh career double-double.
His performance helped the Cougars finish the game on an 18-2 run for a 72-63 win on the road at North Florida.
The Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors an SIUE student-athlete who demonstrated excellence in competition.
