LAST MATCH RESULT
SIUE closed out its nonconference season in Hilton Head, South Carolina, last week with a win over George Mason and a loss to South Carolina.

LAST MEETING VS. LINDENWOOD
SIUE is 4-0 all-time against Lindenwood. Friday's match is for teh traveling trophy - the Golden Racket. The traveling trophy stays with the school that wins the regular season match between the two schools.

LAST MEETING VS. SOUTHERN INDIANA
SIUE is 11-11 all-time against the Screaming Eagle and have won the last five meetings. SIUE defeated Southern Indiana twice last season, once in the regular season and once in the OVC Championships en route to a conference tournament title.

COUGAR LEADERS

• Stefaniya Anikina and Margaux Guibal Britt were named the OVC Doubles Team of the Week for the second time in three weeks. The duo won both of their doubles matches against George Mason and South Carolina State.
• Gorman leads the Cougars with 16 singles wins this season. She passed Monique Krutak (2012-16) for No. 5 on the Division I era singles list.
• Chloe Koons and Payton Tomichek are next on the singles wins list this season with 14. Anikina is 8-0 in singles matches played at No. 5 and No. 6 this season.
