EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – Freshman
Parker Bruening (Belleville, Ill.) from men's golf has received Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors after his performance at the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge.
Bruening shot his best tournament of his young collegiate career (freshman) last week, at 3 under par. Even though he competed as an independent (wasn't in our top 5/lineup), his performance led the team at the Golfweek Invitational, finishing tied for 15
th out of 92.
The Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors an SIUE student-athlete who demonstrated excellence in competition.
