HOME OPENER
Saturday's match is SIUE's first home contest for the 2026 spring season. SIUE is 16-2 in home matches over the past two seasons.
NORTHERN IOWA
SIUE will be the third Ohio Valley Conference school that Northern Iowa plays. The Panthers lost to Southeast Missouri 5-2 and face off against Lindenwood Friday.
SNOW, SNOW, SNOW
SIUE had its neutral site contest against Bowling Green cancelled Jan. 25 due to the weather. The Cougars have not played a competitive match since defeating Valparaiso Jan. 18.
COUGAR LEADERS
SIUE swept the week one Ohio Valley Conference Players of the Week. Elena Palioura was named Singles Player of the Week while Margaux Guibal Britt and Cydney Rogers were names the OVC Doubles Team of the Week.
The Cougars lead the OVC with a 2-0 overall record.
Palioura, Paloma Hennicaux and Chloe Koons all are 2-0 in singles this spring.
HEAD COACH ADAM ALBERTSEN
Albertsen enters his eighth season at the helm of SIUE women's tennis. He holds a record of 92-44 at SIUE. He has recorded double-digit dual victories in each of the last five seasons.

The Cougars travel to Columbia, Missouri, to take on Missouri for a 3 p.m. start Feb. 7th.
