CLEVELAND, Ohio – SIUE wrestling boasts three entrants for the 2026 NCAA Division I Championships, which gets underway Thursday at Rocket Arena.

Marcel Lopez (133), Caleb Tyus (149) and Brock Woodcock (165) represent SIUE at the Championships. It is the most qualifiers for the national tournament for the Cougars since the 2023 Championships.

This is the third appearance for Tyus, who competed in the 2023 and 2024 Championships. It is the first appearance for both Lopez and Woodcock.
