USAFA, Colo. – SIUE golf finished play at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational Monday at the Blue Course at the Eisenhower Golf Course at the Air Force Academy.
The Cougars finished 18th with an 896 after a final-round score of 297. Colorado took the team title at 834. Denver and UTEP tied for second at 849.
Individually for SIUE, Tomas Rascon tied for 48th with a 54-hole total of 220 (+4). Trey Boecker finished tied for 56th with a 222. Jake Guse and Parker Bruening tied for 80th at 229. Max Bruening finished 87th with a 232.
Wyoming's Brody Leid finished at nine-under 207 to take Individual Medalist honors.
The Cougars now turn their attention to their own Dolenc Invitational set for Sep. 28-29 at Gateway National Golk Links in Madison, Illinois.
