2014: Set an SIUE record for the fastest 8K at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a time of 24:36.62... named to the All-OVC team after an eighth place finish... set the SIUE record in the 10K at the NCAA Regionals in Peoria with a time of 31:34.0... won the SIUE cross country challenge and placed fourth in the John Flamer Invitational, which was 24th on the all-time list... Posted a sixth place finish at the Walt Crawford Open... Finish of 25:09.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic is 13th all-time. 

2013: Named All-Ohio Valley Conference after finishing 10th at the conference championships at Morehead, Ky. ... Ran 25:19.68 at the OVC Championships ... Set 8K PR of 25:13 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic, the 10th-fastest time in school history  ... His fifth-place finishes at the SIUE John Flamer Invite and SIUE CC Challenge helped the Cougars to a win and a second-place team finish, respectively ... Bettered his 10K PR by better than 30 seconds at the NCAA Midwest Regional (32:11.3) ... His 10K time was the seventh fastest mark in school history.

2012: Posted the fastest 8K time for a freshman in SIUE history at the OVC Championships, running a PR of 25:24.19...The time also ranks 16th all-time on SIUE's overall fastest 8K list...Posted a 4th place finish at the SIUE CC Challenge with a time of 25:45.48...Recorded a time of 25:56.36 at the Greater Louisville Classic...Finished 15th (26:14.87) at the EIU Walt Crawford Open, his first race as a Cougar.

Prep: Finished 7th (14:47) at the Illinois Class 2A State Cross Country Final as a senior.
