Biography

An All-American pitcher for SIUE baseball in 1985, Pete Delkus led the Cougars to a fifth-place finish at the College World Series. Over his career, Delkus set the school record for victories at 26, a mark he continues to share. Delkus later signed a professional contract with the Minnesota Twins organization, earning the Minnesota Twins Minor League Player of the Year and the Rolaids Relief Man Award. Career Statistics
