2025: Played in 114 sets over 30 matches in her freshman year... Posted a career-high 26 assists against Air Force during the Cougar Classic (Sept. 12)... Set a career-high for digs (17) against Miami (OH) (Aug. 29).
Prior to SIUE: Hughes was a dual sport athlete at Roger Bacon High School (volleyball and softball)... Helped lead her team to a state championship title in 2024... Received All-Ohio Conference Player of the Year... Named to the first team All-District and first team All-Conference teams as well as Offensive Player of the Year (2024).
