2020: Started three out of the four weekends the Cougars played… Finished 0-2…Struck out 10 hitters while walking five in 11.2 innings… Tossed a career-best five innings in back-to-back starts March 1 at Central Arkansas and March 8 vs. Tennessee Tech…Struck out a career-high seven hitters March 8 vs. TTU… Also appeared in five games at the designated hitter spot for SIUE…Hit .286 with an RBI… First career hit came Feb. 15 against George Washington at Nicholls State… First RBI came March 3 against Saint Louis.

Prior to SIUE: All Suburban Yellow First Team All-Conference selection at Kirkwood High School...Made seven starts on the mound for the Pioneers, where he was 4-0 with a 0.66 earned run average...Fired a pair of complete games...In 32 innings he allowed just 10 runs and struck out 48 hitters, while walking only eight...Averaged 10.5 strikeouts per seven innings...At the plate he hit .235 while adding five doubles, two homers and 14 RBIs.
