2021: Improved his career-best to 26:31.2 in the 8K at the Illinois State Redbird Invite (9/17) ... Fourth on the team during the NCAA Regional Championships (11/12), running the 10K race in 34:32.99.
2020: Top time of the season was 27:21.6 at The Murray State Racer Open in 27:21.6 (8K).
2019: Ran fastest 8k of the season at the Bradley Pink Classic (27:14.4) setting a personal best...finished 20th at the EIU Walt Crawford open followed by a 22nd place finish at the John Flamer Invitational.
Prep: Placed 15th at the 2018 IHSA 1A cross country championships earning All-State honors as an individual runner for Unity High School.
