2024: Posted a 5k PR (16:53.5) at the SEMO Redhawks XC Invite (8/30)... Placed 59th in the 8k (26:35.5) at the OVC Championship (11/1) also good for a PR...Posted a 10k PR (35:24.0) at the NCAA DI Midwest Regional XC Championships (11/15).
2023: Posted 6K PR (20:52.1) at the Redhawks XC Invitational (9/1/23) and 8K PR (27:43.7) at John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23).
Prior to SIUE: Earned all-state state honors in cross country all four years at Festus Senior HS...Placed 30th as a senior in state competition...Helped Festus win three state titles in cross country.
