2019: Set PR 8k time at Bradley Pink Classic and placed 45th...Top placing was 8th place at the EIU Walt Crawford Open.

2018: Placed 29th overall at the OVC Championships (8K) with a PR time of 25:27.7... Recorded a 5K PR at the Saluki Invitational

2017: Ran the third fastest 10K time (31:12.6) in school history at the NCAA Midwest Regionals... OVC Runner of the Week winner for his 4th place finish at the Bradley Invitational...Set a personal record in the 8K at the OVC Championships (25:38.1)...Placed 17th at the EIU Walt Crawford Open to start the season. 

2016: Ran personal best while finishing 41st at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with an 8K time of 26:55.8 ... Took 12th place at the SIUE John Flamer Invitational (27:32.28).

Prep: Competed at Chatham Glenwood High School.
