2022: Ran a personal best 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/14) in 24 minutes and 47.9 seconds, marking the fourth fastest 8k in SIUE history…Posted a 25:48.40 time at the Ohio Valley Conference Cross Country Championships (10/29), good for 15th overall…Led SIUE at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/11) with a 31:26.40 time in the 10k.

2021: Finished 73th as SIUE's top runner (10K/32:05.61) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional Championships, the 18th fastest 10K time in school history ... Earned All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with his third-place finish at the league championships (10/30), running the 8K course in a career-best time of 25:08.2 ... His OVC time places him 20th on the SIUE 8K all-time list.

2020: Nearly entered one of the top 25 times at SIUE while competing at the Redhawks Invite (1/23), running an 8K in 25:11.8.

2019: Earned OVC Runner of the Week honors after leading the team at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational...Led the Cougars at SIUE John Flamer Invitational and the OVC Championships at the SIUE home course...Top finish was 5th place at the SIUE John Flamer Invitational (26:15.1) and fastest 8k was the OVC Championships in Edwardsville, Ill. (25:39.0).

Prep: Led Edwardsville High School to a 20th place finish at the IHSA 3A Cross Country Championships in each of his final two seasons ... Two-time All-State in the 3,200 with 13th in 2018 and ninth in 2019 ... Placed 36th overall as a senior at the state meet in 14:56.58 ... Named Edwardsville Intelligencer boy's cross country Most Valuable Player in 2018 ... Medalist at the 2018 Edwardsville Regional held at SIUE's cross country course ... Won five meets during 2018 season ... Finished as Edwardsville's top individual cross country runner in 52nd place as a junior in 15:07.
