Finished 94th at the NCAA Regionals with a 10K time of 34:37.13. 2006: Ran his best 8,000-meter time of the season 27:23.93 at the Greater Louisville Classic. 2005: Turned in best performance of the season at Panther Invitational with a 5,000-meter time of 27:55.78. Prep: Four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Granite City High School ... Three-year second team All-Southwestern Conference in cross country.
