2024: Ran a PR 8k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/27) AT 25:42...Finished with a PR 10k at the NCAA DI Midwest Regional Championships (11/15) at 32:09.2 this time also placed him in 21st for the programs All-Time top 10k times.
Prior to SIUE: Nine-time USATF All-American ... USATF national champion in 2001 steeplechase and 2023 indoor distance medley relay ... Competed for Arkansas Track Club.
