The leading scorer for the men's soccer Cougars in 1972 and 1974, Carenza is now No. 3 on the all-time scoring list with 46 goals and 14 assists. An All-American in 1974, Carenza scored the game-winning goal for the Cougars in the 1972 national championship game.
