2023 Outdoor: Earned two spots on the podium in the 400m hurdles (2nd/56.00) and 4x400m relay (3rd/3:20.55) during the Cougar Classic (4/15) … Set a PR in the 400m hurdles at 55.19 for 11th place during the OVC Outdoor Championship (5/11-5/13).

2023 Indoor: Ran for a career best time at Hoosier Hills (2/10) in the 200m dash at 24.03 … Finished 10th in the 60m hurdles with a 9.55 mark during the OVC Indoor Championship (2/22-2/23).

2022 Indoor: Set career PRs for 60 hurdles (8.81) and 600 yards (1:21.64) at the Pittsburg State Invitational ... Ran 24.21 in the 200 at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/5/22) where he also placed eighth in the 60 hurdles with a prelim time of 9.04 and a finals time of 9.12.
