2026 Outdoor: Posted season-best 2:00.34 in the 800 at the Cougar Classic (4/11) … Added 4:17.98 in the 1500 … Provided veteran depth in the middle-distance group.

2026 Indoor: Kreig ran a PR 800m with a time of 1:58.58 placing 13th at the Missouri Invitational (Feb. 6)... He finished the season with a PR mile at 4:28.77 during teh OVC Championships (Feb. 24-25)... He was also apart of the fifth place DMR team at 10:18.71. 

2025 Outdoor: Did not compete

2024 Outdoor: Did not compete

2024 Indoor: Started with 10th in the mile at 4:43.94 at the John Gartland Invite (12/8/23)... Claimed third in the Distance Medley Relay at 10:41.27 at the Ichabod Invitational (2/9-2/10/24)... Had a PR in the 800m at 1:59.36 during the OVC Championships (2/22-2/22/24).

Prior to SIUE: Earned all-state state honors in cross country all four years at Festus Senior HS...Placed 30th as a senior in state competition...Helped Festus win three state titles in cross country.
