2025 Outdoor: Had a PR 15000 at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5/2-5/3) with a time of 3:59.89.

2025 Indoor: Ran a PR 3000m (9:28.85) at the Alexis Jarrett Invitational (1/11)... Placed fifth in the 800 (1:57.18) at the Missouri Invitational (2/7)... Improved to set a PR in the 800 (1:56.94) at the 10th Annual Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/14-2/15)... Finished the season with a PR mile (4:29.47) at the OVC Indoor championships (2/25-2/26). 

2024 Outdoor: Set a PR in the 1500 (4:09.20) at the Cougar Calssic (4/13) good for ninth, and placed ninth in the 800m (2:01.11)... Finished out the seasons with the OUtdoor Music City Challenge (5/9-5/11) placing 20th in the 800m (2:02.85).

2024 Indoor: Started the season in ninth for the mile (4:36.10) at the John Gartland Invitational (12/8)... Improved to sixth in the mile (4:32.60) at the Butler Invitaitonal (1/20)... Placed third in the distance medley relay (10:41.27) ath the Ichabod Invitational (2/9-2/10)... Finished the season in seventh in the mile (10:44.14) and 25th in the mile (4:32.81) in the OVC indoor championsh (2.21-2/22).

2023 Outdoor: Set a season best mark in the 1,500m during the Joey Haines Invitational (3/31-4/1) with a 4:17.19 time … Finished 19th and set a PR in the 800m dash at the OVC Outdoor Championship (5/11-5/13) with a 1:57.94 mark.

2023 Indoor: Ran a season best time in the mile, crossing the finish line at 4:37.39 at Hoosier Hills (2/10) … Placed 19th in the mile at the OVC Indoor Championship.

Prior to SIUE: Standout runner for Chandler High School ... Set 5K PR (15:53.12) at the Fountain Hills Invitational ... Also competed for Wolfpack XC.
