2022 Outdoor: Recorded career personal bests in two events at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... Scored first at the event for the Cougars in the discus with an eighth-place finish (143-6) ... Took sixth place and jumped over the 50-foot mark for the first time outdoors with a throw of 51-0.25 on day three of the championships ... Threw career PR in the hammer at the Joey Haines Invite (160-6)  ... Recorded sixth in the discus (134-5) at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (134-5)/

2022 Indoor: Placed seventh and set a career PR in the weight throw (53-5.5) at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships ... His fifth-place shot put finish (50-3.25) at the Ichabod Invite (2/12) was a career PR ... Top season finish was third in the shot put (46-4.25) at the EIU John Craft Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: Capped off his season with personal bests in shot put (48-6.25), hammer throw (157-10) and discus (141-2) at the 2021 OVC Championships ... Took ninth in the hammer, 10th in shot put and 11th in the discus.

2021 Indoor: Set personal best in the shot put (46-0) at Indiana Tech, the opening event of the season ... Threw season-best 44-9 in the weight throw (2/5).

2020 Outdoor: Season Canceled

2020 Indoor: Recorded his PRs in both the shot put (45-9.75 at SEMO Duals) and in the weight throw (46-1.5 at John Craft 2020)...Shot put top finish of 6th place at the Mizzou Open, 45-7

2019 Outdoor: Recorded his PRs in both the shot put (41-6.5) and in the discus (128-2) at the OVC Championships 5/11... Had his hammer PR (127-0) during the Gateway Classic 5/3

2019 Indoor Season: Set both his shot put and weight throw PRs at the SIUE/SEMO Dual 12/7... Recorded a third place finish in the weight throw (37-8) and fourth place in the shot put (39-8) at the Marshall Invitational 2/8

Prep: Card was a standout athlete in football, track and field and wrestling at Carlinville High School… Placed 9^th in the discus at the 3A State Championships in 2017… 3A football state-runner up in 2016… Was named SJR All Area-Prairie for track and field… Favorite sports team is the Green Bay Packers… Son of Tom and Andrea Card… Plans to major in criminal justice
