2026 Indoor: Milbrath had a stand out season... During the OVC Championship (Feb. 24-25) he placed first in the shot put at 16.54m (54-3.25) and a program record performance in the weight throw at 22.34m (73-3.5)... This weight throw placed 16th in the NCAA qualifing him for teh NCAA Indoor Championships... During the NCAA Indoor championships (Mar.13) he finished 11th (21.77m) and was named to the All-American second team.

2025 Outdoor: Had a PR shot put with a distance of 17.36m (56-11.5) also good for second at the Cougar Classic (4/12), and moved him to second in programs all-time top five performances...Finished the season with a PR discus with a distance of 47.85m (157)... Also had a PR  Hammer throw with a distance of 62.07m (203-8) placing second at the OVC Championships (5/15-5/17), this was also good for third in the programs all-time top five performances... OVC athlete of the week April 2nd... Milbrath also qualified for the NCAA Division I West First Round. 

2025 Indoor: Did not compete

2024 Outdoor: Placed first in Shot Put (15.26m), Discus Throw (45.35) a PR, and Hammer Throw (53.13m) at the SLU Billiken Invite (4/5)... Had a PR Hammer Throw (53.04m) at the Cougar Classic (4/13)...Recorded a PR shot put (15.76m) at the Gibson Invitational (4/18-4/20)... Finished the season at the OVC Championships (5/9-5/11) placing seventh at shot put (15.02m), 11th Discus Throw (42.52m) and ninth in hammer throw (48.87m). 

2024 Indoor: Placed first in the weight throw (18.10m) and fifth in shot put (14.06m) at the Butler Invitational (1/20)... Claimed second in weight throw (18.33m) at the Ichabod Invitational (2/9-2/10)... Finished the season in fourth at the OVC Championships (2/21-2/22) in weight throw (18.69m)
