2011 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best in the 800-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic in a time of 2:15.44 ... Posted career-best times in the 1,500-meter run (4:18.24) at the Twilight Invitational and the 3,000-meter run (9:41.03) at the Hilltopper Relays. 2011 Indoor: Ran a personal best in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet in a time of 4:40.71. Prep: Received eight varsity letters at Peoria Notre Dame High School (four - track & field, two - cross country, two - wrestling) ... Finished 2010 Cross Country State 2A meet in 11th place in a time of 15:29 ... Earned black belt in Kuk Sool.
