2025 Outdoor: Had a PR 1500 at the OUtdoor Music City Challenge (5/2-5/3) with a time of 4:12.03)... Had a PR 5000m at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open (4/25-4/26) with a time of 15:45.53.

2025 Indoor: Started the season placing sixth in the 3000m (8:57.43) at the Alexis Jarrett Invite (1/11)... Recorded a PR mile time (4:27.38) at the Bob Teel Invite (1/25)... And a PR in the 3000m (8:46.52) at hte Rick McGuire Invite (1/31-2/1)... Finished the indoor season placing 20th in the 3000m with a time of 8:53.12 during the OVC Indoor championships (2/25-26).

2024 Outdoor: Claimed ninth at the Joey Haines invite in the 5k with a time of 17:00.50 (3/30)...Set a new PR in the 15k at the SLU Billiken Invitational with a  time of 4:12.48 (4/5)...Placed in seventh during the Cougar Classic 3k with a time of 9:24.65 (4/13).

2024 Indoor: Set a PR in 5k at 15:59.31 at the Ichabod Invitational (2/9)... Placed 29th in the OVC Championship 3000m at 9:14.87 (2/21).

2023 Outdoor: Set a career best mark in the 1,500m at 4:22.12 in the opening meet of the outdoor season during the EIU Big Blue (3/24-3/25) … Also set a PR in the 5,000m at the Gary Weineke Memorial (4/21-4/22) with a 16:06.12 time … Competed in the 5,000m during the OVC Outdoor Championship (5/11-5/13), crossing the finish line at 16:28.32 for 24th overall.

2023 Indoor: Ran a PR in the 3,000m with an 8:52.99 mark at the PNC Bellarmine Classic (2/3) … Finished 21st overall with a 9:00.09 time in the 3,000m at the OVC Indoor Championship (2/22-2/23).
