2025 Outdoor: Had a PR 100m with a time of 11.08 at the SLU Speed & Power Festival (3/28)...Continued with a PR 400m with a time of 47.44 at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5/2-5/3)... Finished the season with a PR 200m with a time of 21.59 at the OVC Championship (5/15-5/17)... Also placed third in the 400m with a time of 47.44. 

2025 Indoor: Started the season with a PR in the 60m (7.18) placing 15th at the SIUC Saluki Fast Start (12/6-12/7/25)... Placed fourth in the 400 (50.35) at the Alexis Jarrett Invitational (1/11) and third in the 4x400m (3:22.54)... Claimed foruth in the 400 (49.66) at the Missouri Invitational (2/7)... Finished the season in sixth in the 400m (49.20) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26) and third int eh 4x400m (3:17.40).

2024 Outdoor: Earned second in men's 400m at 50.35 at SLU Billiken Invitational (4/5)... Took fourth in men's 400m at 48.92 at the Cougar Classic (4/13)... Set a PR in the men's 200m at 21:81 at the Vanderbil Outdoor Music City Challenge (4/27)... Was part of the men's 4x100m at the OVC Championships placing sixth at 43:01 (5/9-5/11)

2024 Indoor: Took seventh in Ichabod Invitational men's 400m with a time of 49.48 (2/10).

2023 Outdoor: Earned gold in the 400m dash at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/28-4/29), crossing the finish at 48.04 … Placed fifth in the 400m finals and set a PR at 47.99 during the OVC Outdoor Championship (5/11-5/13) … Also set a career best time at 21.98 in the 200m dash during the Championship.

2023 Indoor: Earned a PR in the 600m dash at the Gladstein Invitational (1/20-1/21) with a 1:29.42 mark … Placed fifth in the 400m finals at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/22-2/23) at 49.05.
