Prior to SIUE: Norman played soccer, volleyball, handball and ran track and field before graduating from Masasi HS in 2019... During the 2024 indoor season at Florida A&M he assisted the 4x400 relay team to third at the SWAC championships (3:14.14)... Also competed in the 400m finishing 13th overall (49.41)... Also ran on the 4x4 team at the Badger's Windy City Invite (3:13.55) and the VAB Vulcan Invite (3:17.63) placing second at both... Ran a PR 400H at the SWAC Championships (52.93), finishing fifth other all in the finals (53.42)... Won the 400H at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (53.31)... Was named to the 2023-24 SWAC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
