2026 Outdoor: Key 400 contributor with a season-best 49.76 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/20) … Added multiple sub-51 performances … Integral member of the 4x400 relay (3:19.16).

2026 Indoor: Palmedi ran a PR 200m at teh SIUC Saluki Fast Start (Dec. 5-6) with a time of 23.57... He finished the season with a PR 400m at 49.78 placing ninth during the OVC Championships (Feb. 24-25). 

Prior to SIUE: Palmedi ran track and field, and cross country, he also participated in football cheer leading and competition cheer and played soccer for Galesburg HS... He was recognized to the all-conference team and all-state team all four years... Named to the high honor roll.. Was apart of the 3x400m championship team.... During the 2023 season Palmedi placed fourth in the 400m at the state championships... He also placed second in the 2024 indoor 400m.
