2023 Outdoor: Posted the second best time in program history at 30:22.82 during the 10,000m at the Wash U Distance Carnival (4/1) … Set a PR and finished third overall in the 5,000m at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/28-4/29) … Earned a spot on the podium in the 10,000m race with a 31:20.92 time during the OVC Outdoor Championship (5/11-5/13) … Finished fifth in the 5,000m race, crossing the finish at 14:48.69 during the Championship.

2023 Indoor: Earned first-place at the Illini Challenge (1/27-1/28) in the 3,000m, posting an 8:50.65 mark … Set a PR in the 3,000m at 8:37.97 for sixth overall at Hoosier Hills (2/10) … Placed 15th in the 3,000m during the OVC Indoor Championship at 8:45.48 … Also took 11th in the 5,000m race with a 15:02.66 mark during the Championship.

2022 Outdoor: Twice placed eighth at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships in the 5000 (15:08.81) and the 10000 (32:47.72) ... Set career PR in the 10000 (30:29.61) at the Wash U Distance Carnival (4/1/22) ... Posted career best in the 1500 (4:09.29) at the Redbird Challenge (4/16/22).

2022 Indoor: Moved up to fourth on SIUE's all-time 5000 list with a career PR (14:54.24) at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/29) ... Set third career PR of the season in the 3000 (8:39.66) at the Ichabod Invite (2/12) ... Placed eighth in the 5000 (15:02.19) at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships ... Set career PR in the mile (4:30.63) at the EIU John Craft Invitational (1/15) during opening meet of the season.

2021 Outdoor: Took fifth place as the top freshman in the 10,000m field (30:55.75) at the 2021 OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... Finished 14th in season-best 5,000 (15:04.97) at Gibson Invitational (4/16) ... Placed 20th in the 1,500 (15:04.97) at the Sycamore Invite (4/24).

2021 Indoor: Posted top 3,000 time of 8:55.88 at Indiana Tech (1/29)

Prep: Led Edwardsville High School to a 20th place finish at the IHSA 3A Cross Country Championships in each of his final two seasons ... Two-time All-State in the 3,200 with 13th in 2018 and ninth in 2019 ... Placed 36th overall as a senior at the state meet in 14:56.58 ... Named Edwardsville Intelligencer boy's cross country Most Valuable Player in 2018 ... Medalist at the 2018 Edwardsville Regional held at SIUE's cross country course ...
