2025 Outdoor: Started the season with a PR 1500 at the SLU Billiken Invite (5/29) with a time fo 4:04.64... Followed that wiht a PR 5000m at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open (4/25-4/26) with a time of 15:20.24... finised the season in sixth place for the 3000S with a time of 9:51.41 at hte OVC Championships (5/15-5/17).

2025 Indoor: Started the season placing third in the Men's 3000 with a time of 8:43.93 at the Alexis Jarrett Invite (1/11)...Had a PR mile at the Bob Teel Invite (1/31-2/1) with a time of 4:18.86... Finished the season at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/25-26) placing sixth in the Distance Medley Relay (10:17.59), also claimed first in the 3000m at 8:21.36)... This also moved him to second in programs all-time top five performances. 

Prior to SIUE: Nine-time USATF All-American ... USATF national champion in 2001 steeplechase and 2023 indoor distance medley relay ... Competed for Arkansas Track Club.
