David Londo

David Londo joined the SIUE Athletic Training staff as a full-time assistant in June 2020. He previously served two years as a graduate assistant. Londo's pimary sports at SIUE include men's soccer and softball. 

Londo came to SIUE from Forest Hill Community High School in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he held the title of head athletic trainer. He also was a clinic athletic trainer at the Royal Palm Beach Clinic.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in athletic training. While at UWSP, Londo was an athletic trainer for the football team. He won the Dean’s Award in 2017 for being the most outstanding senior student in the athletic training program.

Londo possesses experience in developing rehabilitation programs, performing manual therapy, managing injury reports and effectively training multiple teams at once.

A member of the National Athletic Training Association, he has American Red Cross certifications in emergency medical response, CPR/AED and basic support for healthcare providers.

Londo received his master’s degree in exercise physiology at SIUE.
