Biography
2025-26: Akomolafe started in 16 games over 29 games in her single season with the Cougars... She had a career-high 20 points against Indiana State (Nov. 19)...She ended the season averaging 5.3 rebounds per game... She also had a career-high four steals against Eastern Illinois (Dec.18).
Prior to SIUE: She played for Americas High School and Team Fusion... She was named to the TGCA 6A All-State and to the UIL 6A All-Region I Team... Akomolafe helped lead her team to the district 1-6A Championship...She averaged 11 points per game and 7.6 rebounds per game... She played four seasons at VCU (2021-25)... In her junior season (2024-25) she played 23 games, shooting 47 percent from the field...Scored a career-high six points and brought in four rebounds against LIU (Dec. 21).
