David Boarden begins his first season as a manager for the SIUEwomen's basketball program.

Boarden spent the last three seasons with the SIUE men'sbasketball team as a student-athlete. He appeared in 74 games andstarted 18 for the Cougars. He averaged 2.9 points and 1.5 reboundsover his collegiate career. Boarden recorded a career high 17points against Morehead State during the 2009-10 season.
