Led her team to a 31-2 overall record her senior year...Held a conference record of 10-1 ranking seventh in the state her senior year....She earned Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Class 4A First Team All-State (2023-24)...Fahey was the McDonald's All-American nominee and named the Central Suburban League South Player of the year... Recognized as Maine South's Femal Athlete of the year and Maine Township HS District 207's "Bes for Outstanding Commitment to Excellence in Extracurricular Achievements"... She broke the schools single-season free throw record (83.5%)...Finished her senior year with 522 total points, 86 steals, 72 assists and 140 rebounds...
