2014: Posted the seventh fastest 6K at SIUE at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 22:31.6... Ran the 18th fastest 6K at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 23:09.4... notched a top-ten finish at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge where she finished sixth.

2013: Ran the 19th-fastest 6K PR in school history with a 23:16.4 at the NCAA Midwest Regionals in Ames, Iowa ... Also made the top 25 best 6K races with a 23:20 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic, tieing her for 20th overall ... Broke the 20-minute barrier in her 5K times for the first time at the EIU Walt Crawford Open.

2012: Posted a PR at SIUE John Flamer Invite, finishing in 20:17.00...Finished in 20:31.26 at the Greater Louisville Classic, and posted a time of 20:40.01 at the EIU Walt Crawford Open.

Prep: Finished fourth with a time of 19:02 in the Missouri Class 4 State Cross Country Championships as a senior...Posted a time of 18:02 at the Class 4 Sectional meet.

Also turned in top career performance at 3,000 meters with a fifth-place finish at the GVSU meet in 10:49.53.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in three individual events in four meets... finished 21st at the OVC Championship in both the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters.

2015 Indoor: Competed in three individual events for the Cougars... posted two second-place finishes in the mile at the Gateway Dual 1/24 and the Prin Relays 1/30.

2014 Outdoor:  Notched a personal-best performance in the 5,000-meter run at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships in Edwardsville, Ill., recording a time of 18:27.41 … Registered a personal-best 800-meter run mark at the Missouri Relays in Columbia, Mo, finishing 22^nd with a time of 2:34.87 … Finished second in the 1,500-meter run at the Memphis Invitational, notching a personal-best time of 5:00.95.

2013 Outdoor: Posted a personal-best performance in the 800-meter run, finishing 16^th at the Hilltopper Relays in Bowling Green, KY., with a mark of 2:25.43 … Recorded a personal-best 4:54.47 at the Hilltopper Relays in the 1,500-meter run … Claimed an 18^th place finish in the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships in Charleston, Ill. … Finished 21^st in the 5,000-meter run at the OVC Outdoor Championships.
