2020 (competed early 2021): Top 5K time of the season came at the Redhawks XC Invitational (1/23) in 21:04.0.
2019: Recorded a PR 5K (20:00.6) on the home course in Edwardsville at the OVC Championship...Top finish of the season was also at the SIUE home course at the John Flamer Invitational (21:57.6)
2018: Ran a PR at the Loyola Lakefront Classic in a 5K time of 20:01.17 ... Best finish of the season was 12th at the John Flamer Invitational, finishing in 20:48.7 on the home course ... Set 6K PR of 24:38.8 at the Bradley Pink Invitational.
