2014: After joining the team midway through the season, competed in four races for the Cougars as a true freshman... ran a PR at the Ohio Valley Conference championships with a time of 19:40.61... ran a personal best 6K at the SIUE John Flamer Invitational with a time of 24:12.79.

Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Pleasant Plains High School... Received all-state honors as a member of the 4x800 relay team in 2013 and 2014... Helped set the school record in the 4x800 with a time of 9:48 in 2013... was a top ten finisher in the Elmwood Cross Country Sectionals in 2013... captain of track and cross country teams for one year.
